Well unfortunately the trash that made the deal do not have controlling shares in PDG..

management only owns 6%..so if the majority share holders nix the deal..it will go down the tubes..so that IS WHY I AM NOT SELLING OUT..

This sale has to be voted on by the shareholders..so if they didn't have the majority shareholders on board it won/t go through..I don't believe that we have heard the end of it ..unless the scum are in cahoots with the majority share holders/...
