What's with the .0001 cash per share added?

Is that so the buyer can increase their bid via cash without facing further share dilution? Just wondered, having never confronted that particular issue before.

Have divested a portion but looking to retain significant majority of holdings for a while yet.

Might take the proceeds of the first 20K and head for Vegas after all.
