Thanks for the Brian info..I have nothing against Brian and think he is a great CEO>..

It is the principle of one person being on the Board and managing at the same time..It is done all the time ..that doesn't make it OK or right in my opinion..

When the CEO screws up..the Board of directors is relegated to either correct the problem or replace him..

Now with the guy out of the room it is much easier for some..with him in the same room are we getting the same or the best results..???

But he is in so we have to live with that..

With the last CEO we were in the same position and if he wasn't on the board we may not have been paying him the horrendous pile of gold that he took with him when he left Kodiak..

But maybe I can get past that when we hit $5.00 a share..
