Your other option in my humble opinion is hang on to the cash until the blood runs in the streets and then buy a nice safe REIT..like IPL.UN...pays 6% and great upside I started buying at $9.00 and it is $20.00 now and been dripping it all along..

It sure grows fast when you drip it..because you get your drip shares every month at a 5-10% discount to market..
