Rico, you got it all wrong ! Give your 250 K to Portee with a tight contract and a shareholder's agreement, to revitalize the old Kodiak Hotel and get the show going. After Dr Andres comes up with all the new recruits from Vegas, we could all join in and have a hell of a good time. At least Portee, Rico and Dr A would be in the green. For us other bystanders, at least a good show, better of what we have had the last few years.
