And I was "beered up" to the point of "ready expression" but not "liquored up" to the point of not taking responsibility for my comment.

I have been on other boards where people start nit picking management's decision of everything and want cost figures on such things as the price of building a bridge across a small creek on a dirt road. This has been an entertaining and informative place to be and didn't want to see that happening. As it turns out I was the person making a perhaps inapproppriate comment and for that I apologize and will be so guided for the future.
