I always like to look at both sides of the coin. When you say " not sure if THEY would even entertain such an offer ", Who are they?

My fear is that the institutional holders would be glad to make a quick buck and move on. I've seen too many takeovers where the small retail shareholders couldn't believe that their company was sold for such a small premium with such great potential existing. In these difficult economic times "they" may not want to wait too long for their profit and jump early.

I think that this being satisfied with a reasonable profit instead of holding out for the big hit is what is happening with our SP now. We are having a hard time getting to that $1.00 level with all the selling.

I guess that what I'm saying is that I have great faith in the potential for PDG but less faith that we will be able to get a big player to pay the Big price before THEY sell us out.
