In addition to your points there is a big geologic difference betweem GM and Magino. The GM was a mineralized quartz vein averaging about 1.5 meters thick. The gold at Magino occurs in the sheared portion of the Webb Lake stock with a rough average width of 100 meters! Deep drillling at GM became too risky and expensive while it does make sense at Magino.
