That is not the way I see it and that is what the forum is for..

This morning Urrup is up because the Union has agreement on their financial woes..

But it appears to me anyway that Germany ..France and a few of the more power full country's have a financial union with new safe guards and rules and regulations..One of which I think is that the IMF has control of the different country's monetary systems..Well there is no way the GB could agree to that so they have opted out..and I'm glad that canada is not a member..Our banking system is unique..and one of the only two country's that banking systems did not collapse during the great American led banking melt down..The other country is Jamaica..whose banking system was set by the Canadian using our system with its proper regulations and controls..

The markets like what they see from this meeting and are flying..green across the board..

So what is going to happen is that with this situation this morning the tax loss selling season is going to come to an abrupt halt....The lows of the month..tax loss selling month of Dec have already come and now the market for Dec has turned green..up..a Santa Claus rally is coming...I will include a caveat...if the US consumer confidence numbers ,which are due out at 10:00AM EST are positive ..look out..the markets will rally like not seen for a long time..Any longs in the markets now are in a dandy position ..especially those that have been BUYING in these depressed markets..They will do very well this month..We will all get a big Christmas present if the PDG PEA comes out and is positive..
