For a higher POG now we need either the US$ to collapse even more or for financial fear to rise more. Neither scenario seems likely or put another way for things to get worse we need a major country to default.

What? In my eyes, both scenarios seem extremely likely, if not guaranteed. Things are going to get MUCH worse. Until the entire debt structure gets dealt with, we are on the slippery slope to a place worse than here........
