On july 7, Michael Phelps sold 300,000 shares @.58 to exercise 435,000 options at $.42.

4 million+ options @.42 are set to expire today. Chances are all of the selling was to fund the exercise of options. Overall it will produce a net gain in insider holdings and will show up on insider reports shortly.
