I agree with all points. My only concern is that with gold over $1500/oz we have a window of opportunity , but not forever.

With POG so high , there is an incredible number of projects, and good ones!, vying for the investors dollar. I believe there will be lots of good discoveries that will never be developed. Only the very best will move ahead. The majors know this and can pick up good properties relatively cheap because there are so many and the small explorers all need money. Management of explorers fill their wallets with options and warrants for free and will be willing to sell out quick and cheap in my opinion. I do not believe that any of these companies including PDG care about making big money for the small investor.

The world economy is in big trouble and cash is king. I will bet that there are many who will read this post that can name several explorers that look great on paper but who's SP is in the toilet!! We are but one!

Will be all be rewarded by waiting??
