Monday May 2nd is election day here in our Dominion. Our markets do not like uncertainty and the outcome at the moment has little certainty in its make-up.

Sooooooooo if the numbers go screwy and the Canadian dollar goes all over the place just hold your breath and see what Tuesday brings. It will only be after the polls close and votes are counted that any kind of stabilization can be achieved.

Not going to pick sides here other than to say that it seems to me that our position as one of the top economies in the G20 just isn't all by accident. Maybe our years of very healthy oppositions had something to do with it as well. Who knows. In my case things are going well for the moment and "if the trend is your friend......"

If and I emphasize "if" the company had any part of delaying recent assay results until post election then I applaud them. Even the most positive news would likely have been skipped over in the climate of uncertainty. With the election overwith then perhaps next Wednesday would be a good day for the next step in the PDG progression.
