With gold on the upswing and a steadily improving resource estimate we are ripe for a take-out.

Maybe the "rattler" had a point. Keeping the Magino held in the other company might facilitate an outright takeover of that portion of the company without impacting ongoing exploration plays.

The "ideal" situation is that you don't decide when/if to "get out". You just accept the shares/cash offer at the optimum and thereafter move on.

I believe it was Portee who has often stated that "exploration is our business". Welllllllll if we get a share offer then we can have it both ways. Keep shares in the original company and accept shares from whoever wants our premier property.

I know we have a disparate group with a wide range of "profit levels" butttttt from our long standing group I have to believe that most of us are into black ink and some of us have rather substantial share holdings.

It might be a dream/fantasy but I for one am still on for the "Vegas Meeting". Ideal for me is to head for the plane in Bellingham immediately after attending an AGM for KXL/PDG.
