Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in Canadian trading tomorrow.
Mullen Group Ltd. (MTL) : The oilfield-services company reported first-quarter profit of 43 Canadian cents a share, excluding certain items, beating the average of eight analyst forecasts by 12 percent.
Open Text Corp. (OTC) : Canada’s largest software company said it earned 90 cents a share in the third quarter, excluding certain items, missing the average of 16 analyst estimates by 7.9 percent.
Prodigy Gold Inc. (PDG CN): The gold explorer with operations in Ontario received a “speculative buy” rating in new coverage from Brian Szeto, an analyst at Byron Capital Markets Ltd. Forthcoming drilling results and studies on the Mangino mine may attract investors to the shares, Szeto said in a note to clients.
