Ron..

I am intreagued by this new release and the first paragraph opens up some questions in my mind..warped as it may be...

How had Kodiak structured this new M&A....share structure wise as well as corporation structure ;';;

Let me sort out the para in question..

The Magino property is held by Prodigy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Goose Resources Inc. The Gould Gold property covers an extensive sequence of gabbroic intrusive and metavolcanic rocks along a prospective structural trend that is parallel to the Magino gold deposit. In addition to the gold exploration potential, the property also gives Prodigy greater flexibility in locating infrastructure related to the possible future development of the Magino Mine.

AS I read this GGR has not disapeared but morphed into a subsiditory branch of PDG..

Does this subsidary have share value separate from PDG and if so where the hell are mine..??

In addition to the gold exploration potential, the property also gives Prodigy greater flexibility in locating infrastructure related to the possible future development of the Magino Mine.

This subsiditory is to be developed or sold in situe and treated as a separate share value ..if it is a subsiditory as stated..leaving PDG with all the other properties and assets in the Prodigy fold..

Can any one clear up this question and news release or do I call Brian and ask..??

Maybe I should ask the wife..she is pretty smart...

After being married for 40 years, I took a careful look at my wife one
day and said, " Forty years ago we had a cheap house, a junk
car
, slept on a sofa bed and watched a 10 inch black and white TV, but
I got to sleep every night with a hot 25 year old girl.

Now I have a beautiful home, a $55,000 car, a nice big King-size bed
and a large 54" flat-screen TV, but I'm sleeping with a 66 year old
woman. It seems to me that you're not holding up your side of things."

My wife is a very reasonable woman. She advised me to go out and find
a hot 25 year old girl to sleep with, and she would make sure that I
would once again be living in a cheap house, driving a junk car,
sleeping on a sofa bed and watching a 10-inch black and white TV.

Aren't older women great? They really know how to solve an old guy's
problems.
