Anyone else get the sense that there will be little movement until January 24th which is when the last impact of 2010 Tax Loss season will be concluded. That date is 31 days after the December 24, 2010 cutoff date and therefore anyone who disposed of shares at the last moment is entitled to repurchase PDG(KXL) and still have the full tax loss benefit.

No, I am not suggesting any kind of widespread conspiracy but all of these little factors do come into play on issues like this.
