Another factor is keeping the total reasonable. In recent years having 200 million outstanding doesn't usually push companies into "reverse splitting" (dislike that term - prefer share consolidation)

Decision time will likely be upon us in the next three months. A decent "stablilized" share price for KXL + GGR = PDG can allow equity financing without actioning an automatic consolidation. The discussion of whether consolidation's are good, bad, or otherwise can go on "ad infinitum". The reality is however that the general market perception is that such actions have negative consequences. In venture exchange companies that "perception" all too often becomes the "reality" as has been quoted so many times.

For the moment let us hope that the "green slope" continues for a while. Be nice to see some black ink on the books to start the year.
