Helps to highlight some of the stuff that goes on in the exploration industry.
The geologist knows the hole is anomalous, but...
- he might be a shareholder who wants his shares to appreciate,
- he might have a lot of his money invested in the company prior to going public.
On the the other hand, the geologist has to think of his reputation and professional credibility.
As for the promoters, I question whether they really care about reputation and credibility. How will history view Murray Pezim? He was either saint or a crook depending on the colour of your ledger.
