As you know, the meeting for GGR shareholders is December 13th. They are hoping for a final court order of approval on December 14th and an effective date of December 16th.

What is really worth reading in the document, however, is the 57 page attachment supplied by Kodiak. There is a wealth of information there that I have not previously seen anywhere else. It provides a comprehensive history of our company (that part most here would already know about), and a decent snap shot of where we currently sit, including information about current drilling sites which, I don't believe, have been formally announced before. There are also graphs that I had not previously seen, and a very indepth discussion about the various geological events that our geologists think have gone down in this area.

I was going to give a synopsis of it all, but truthfully, I was just overwhelmed by the amount of information presented. I believe anyone who is still long on this company would appreciate the read - it's worth the effort.
