The almost 200,000 shares on the "ask" at .35 is quite rare in my experience with this issue. Usually there are fairly limited shares available in whatever bid/ask range is current.
Really don't like to see that type of activity because without overt acts like "capping" at least the appearance of free market flow is maintained.
Anyone with an opinion as to why this would suddenly appear on our horizon?
