I have been accumulating GGR since the announcement assuming the deal will go through. GGR has consistently been trading below the 20% premium GGR shareholder will receive, so I've been accumulation GGr to take advantage of that. The icing and cherry on the cake is the 1/4 warrant that's good for 3 years ... there's nothing like having the right to a piece of a pie for up to 3 years with no money down.

IMO KXL is a great buy at these levels ... and will only improve as they delineate milestone and eventually migano. There's lots of high tonnage low grade deposits being turned into mines ... CPM in Romania, K in Brazil, and at home we have OSK and others ... it's just a matter of time. ... lots of time
