I'd really like to pin down the spending commitments that Kodiak may or may not have. Are you sure about the $ 13.8 million coming from a previous flow through issue? The renounced amount in Feb 2010 was $ 13,807,153 which is exactly the amount raised in Dec 2009. The Nov 2007 amount was extended at the closing in late Nov to 2,499,984 flow through shares at $ 4.80 or total amount of $ 11,999,932 , which was the exact amount renounced in March of 2008 ( see sedar file April 27 2009 page 32). Other postings had indicated that Kodiak was under the gun to spend a lot before year end so I would appreciate if you could confirm or deny the spending issue. I do know that the holders of the flow through shares usually want the tax credit at the earliest opportunity while the company would prefer some flexibility as to when the money must be spent.
