The document with the numbers I posted is contained on Sedar. It's dated October 14 and entitled "Interim Financial Statements(amended)". The specific references are on page 14 as notes 8 b) and c). I don't know if you can find out who the finders fee was paid to but they were issued the warrants. Kodiak could not have spent the entire $ 13.8 million in that time period according to the expenditure numbers. However, if renouncing means they must be spent this year then they took a risk that they would have enough quality prospects to drill by year end. I used to be involved with flow throughs for oil and gas plays. Small companies would come in the door in November and ask for an exploration program to be planned and executed by year end because they had to spend the flow through money. Some of them didn't about the quality of the play or chance of success, they were more concerned about tax issues.
