lets hope for the best for the Chilean miners; I didn't like the hammering used on the cage as they prepar it. I worry there may be too much pressure to get going as long as the president is around and awake
I heard they will be sedated for the trip up, I don't blame them, I would have freaked for sure.
The Chilean miners are tough though, one of my former students spent time in a Chilean coal mine during a summer term; and just for fun(teach him a lesson) they left him alone during the lunch break deep underground with less than 2.5 feet of head room. He was calm, turned the light off and just waited around for about an hours or so until he saw lights moving towards him.
