It's due about now. The shareholders of GGR will have 30 days. If e.g. prospectus or whatever the document is called is out Wednesday Oct. 6, earliest vote finalization would be Friday Nov. 5. Every day of delay cuts into the use of flow-through dollars that could be used on Magino.
