I read through the "Arrangement Agreement" but didn't find much information. There is a break fee payable to Kodiak but no mention of a lock-up agreement on the insider/officer shares. An Information Circular will be sent to GGR shareholdeers for the meeting which should have more details. A majority is considered to 75% according to the sedar document. It would be helpful if any GGR shareholders here let us know when the notice and circular arrive as that starts the 30 day clock.
