I think it would be a better way to spend our cash proving up a couple of million ounces and SELL the deposit to raise money ,rather than diluting the stock more with another PP at .40-.50 ....

That way we could probably get $100.00/ounce in the ground for a two million ounce open pit deposit...

Ka-ching.....!!

All of a sudden we have $200,000,000.00(Two hundred million)

in the old kitty..

Remember..WE ARE NOT A MINING COMPANY !!!!

WE are an exploration company..!!

And then we could buy back and cancel 50-75 million shares which would put us in a 50-75 million share company with $150 million in the bank..low share dilution and then we go find some more..

That is how we get our share price up without killing existing shareholders..

WE could only look at mining it our self if we hit a jackpot deposit of 10-15 million ounces,near surface that would drive our share price into outer space ,so that we could get real money on a private placement..$10.-$30.00/share ..which is not impossible..

Mean while I'm heading south for a few weeks to enjoy the sun and sand..
