As one of the Quebec natives still on this Hub I continue to be somewhat restless but much less so today than yesterday and hopefully even less so tomorrow. Any volume increases with upward pointing arrows is encouraging. I hope that we can get at least some of our money back before the three years it will take to get the new stuff going. I find that I have been guilty of engaging in somewhat irrational exuberance in the past so I'll just say yipeeeeeee#$#*!

Wouldn't you know that this news would come the day after I put my Kodiak bear abby back into hibernation.
