Further to this...

So... when this deal closes KXL will have about 175M shares out on a non-fully-diluted basis. At 20 cents that puts the market value at about $35M... Cash position is about $20M... so value put on 1.6M ounces of gold just (most of which contained in a past producing mine) is just $15M... I would buy 1.6M ounces of Au for $15M... LOL.

Good deal but don't think it will cause us to move up much... yet... will take time IMO... Hope I am wrong though.
