I was happy to see that the options in January 2010 expired ..unexercised..and the 730,000 options due at $1.68 will do the same ..and the warrants..1.2 millions

of them will never be converted to shares at .80 on December 17 2010..unless we jump over a buck before then..and then they will expire...

But as old H-R says..we got less than a year to bring up the share price..we have to raise more money and we can't raise it at .20..

A reverse split could be in the offing but that would signal the end of KXL>.

For me anyway..
