Steady stream of 100K blocks at 19.5 cents going through this AM... first one was Scotia (buy) - Anon (sell)... Bids at 19.5 cents replaced as soon as asks hit them... Like the volume but wish we'd creep up rather than see this 'stall volume'. What does it mean?
