I hear what you are saying re: multiple meanings but IMO as far as KXL is concerned 'drilling underway' and/or 'drilling' should mean drill bits are turning... period. If this is not the case they should change these decsriptors to 'drilling planned' or 'plan to drill'. I certainly hope it is not KXLs intent to give the intent they are doing something they are not by using creative language with meaning beyond first impression meaning. Not the time for funny business IMO... shareholders have experienced enough of that in the past and have been through enough hype... tell us like it is... nothing more nothing less. JMHO.
