Exactly... That's why it is trading near cash value. Not trying to bash KXL just trying to be realistic. What is on he horizon to significantly change things here? Hercules NI 43-101 has been taking up this company's time and money for almost 3 years and what is there to show for it? Market says 'not much'. Don't shoot the messanger(s).
