It is my view that KXL now belongs to that group. Before you write me off let me assure you that I do not view this as an "all is lost situation".

Have been down this road before and therefore will quote you some recent successes

Zarlink - ZL - Ranged down to sub.25 but the fundementals were still there so did the old "average down" and since has recovered to 1.72.

Sterling - SLG - Ranged down to .60's but again the fundementals seemed strong so averaged down and now trading at 2.34.

Of course I have other "less than successful stories" but KXL seems like a "bottom feeder" to me. We have had less than stellar results so far to be sure but there does seem to an ongoing "optimism" about the company and bottom line is there are still "options" to be fully reported on.

We seem to be "bouncing off the bottom" right now with potential postive news releases in the pipe line. Nooooooooo! I am not buying at this level. I view things in the context of of my entire portfolio and in that regard my KXL position is full.

I am not however selling nor do I have a "stop loss" entered. I am in for the long run and still hope to see a number of smiling faces across a sharply polished coctail lounge table adjacent to a completely "decadent" Las Vegas Casino.
