excerpt from the bottom of h_rattle's list:

shad0w4life - 362,800
cedartree - 300-400,000
konor - 300,000 (plus 50,000 ozs minable from a ramp)
SamMenard - 300,000
coach - not even come close to 500,000
lazyinvestor - 150,000
tau - under 100,000
Ganalene - 1 (but would like to change this to 2)

I think the challenge was to name a figure without going over. If we count about 131/212k ounces, looks like lazyinvestor/tau are the clear winners. A bit of a sad figure, but good on you lazy & tau for your estimates. Saw your post lazy about the brookbank - any chance you'll post more numbers about KXL's deposit?

Seems like the market already figured that this would be the number a couple weeks ago (how exactly?) - no real movement. Next question - is KXL going to drill a bunch to push this number up, or put their money elsewhere? Does the bulk sample make sense still? Good q's, maybe someone will call the co.

I am only a little surprised - the nugget effect plus some hard geology probably cut down the ounces hugely. I would increase this 43-101 mentally a bit to make it directly comparable to other deposits, given the nuggets, but there are still tough questions to be solved about the GM.

Nobody can say KXL doesn't have ounces, although not very many so far. I do recall that the Brookbank started out a lot smaller before being built up towards a million. So, where is the core of the value now, beyond just cash in the cash? Milestone? Future Mines Point prospects? Some further value in Hercules? Merger?
