Have confirmed from the company's website that the hold period was in fact four months. The actual closing date however was December 16th.
Four months will expire April 16th but perhaps our more knowledgable contributors would know if that is before or after market closing.
If in fact we are in receipt of positive news I am not suggesting that the insiders would immediately dump their shares. The price of the financing was well above current levels although that is adjusted somewhat due to the "flow through" benefits.
What can occur however is that the participants would be able to recover their capital quite quickly if they were involved in open market aquisitions during any quick share price increments and thereafter be left with very profitable holdings.
Again, just weekend musings.
I don't want to be seen as critical of management in this. Without capital infusion by insiders these company's couldn't exist and thus we "little" people wouldn't have the opportunity to join in any profits. What I do try to do however is to continue to gain a broader understanding of just how the entire process works.
