I am always skeptical of coincidences.

Also am not large on conspiracy theories butttttttt.

Last financing which was priciply insiders closed December 17.

Usual required holding period is four months.

Hold period under those conditions would expire April 17 (or thereabouts). Next week

Significant news has been delayed until likely release next week.

Coincidence or just good business?

I must disclose that this occurred to me just this morning and I have not done a detailed research on the specific terms of the financing but propose this as food for thought on a quiet weekend and look forward to comments by those of you who are much more informed on this than I.
