Something to consider - if there is an acquisition, it will take a combination of dollars and shares. How many would we be happy parting with? Suppose (picking number out of the air) an acquisition cost about $25 million (I'm picking a size that I figure KXL might be able to swallow) - how much cash, how much shares? And what would the share price look like afterwards?
