Hercules NI 43-101 received 2-3 weeks ago. It cofirmed what many here have been 'hinting' for some time. Uneconomic and more exploration required. Word started to leak out immediately and selling insued (look at 2-week chart, new 52-week lows daily). KXL is holding off releasing this highly anticipated NI 43-101 in the hopes of some significant results from exploration elsewhere. At least if they don't find anything elsewhere the disappointing NI 43-101 will be mostly already priced in IMO.

Just a guess, could be wrong and hope I am.
