Message: PDAC Presentation and Reception

With all the talk of the "new" KXL, one would have thought that there would actually be something of consequence to report. Yes, there are constantly more projects being added to the pipeline, but it must be a pretty damn wide pipe because it seems like all the projects are stuck at the same "exploration" or "resource definition" stage. Yes, there should be a 43-101 out soon, though the consensus of this board seems to be that it won't be the multi-million ounce one that would move the share price- maybe not even enough to warrant a feasibility study, much less actually building a mine. We have one project that might be amenable to open pit mining, which means it might take less time to actually start physically mining, although permitting might be tougher. We're constantly waiting for drill results, though none so far have lived up to the expectations created a couple years ago. And now there is talk of even more acquisitions, "ounces in the ground". What I want to see are ounces coming out of the ground- or at least some indication that it will happen. The last thing I want to see is dwindling funds used to acquire more projects that will never see production if KXL runs out of money. When will we see some sign of forward movement in one of these projects, or at least some sign that this company is ready to move past the exploration stage? I'm tired of being kept in the dark with no regular updates, I'm tired of being kept waiting for drill results that are usually more of the same anyway, I'm tired of waiting for one of the majors to do more than "express interest", maybe even pony up some money for an interest in something in the "pipeline". Maybe I would feel different if I had gone to PDAC, but I doubt it. At this point I need more than somebody patting me on the back and saying "There, there, everything will be OK".

Rant over.
