I stopped by the KXL booth and talked to the Geo's. I came away with three impressions:
1) Milestone is still open in all directions. Not knowing the width of the zone leaves this open to the potential of proving up the bulk tonnage necessary for an open pit mine well located to the highway. They expect more results sometime in April. A little better grade or more tonnage could make this most interesting.
2) The land package is huge with oportunities (e.g. remember Sleeping Giant) and they currently can't get to several targets even with the amount of money we are spending this year. Potentially there is a lengthy pipeline that for obvious reasons is not reflected in any valuation. It is nice to know it is there however it is also nice to know we remained focused. Efficient use of money is key.
3) The assay results from Thunder Bay are much quicker than they use to be (14 days) so results should be faster.
While my focus at PDAC this year were some other companies, I must say that I'm little more content to watch this (KXL) play out.
