I don't think anyone does a bulk sample on a resource which is not even classified as inferred yet. I doubt they would get the permits.

This may or may not be true H.

Brian has talked about getting a permit for building a decline to further explore at depth. This in turn will be default be a bulk sample as the dig out minerized rock in building it. IMO the 43-101 has to come first. Then we can start talking about a decline/bulksample

NSM has done this in quebec to stockpile ore and drill underground while still being classified as an exploration company that comes with all the tax benefits in QU.
