I had a discussion with Mr. Phelps this afternoon and I would like to sincerely advise everyone that we could not ask for a better Chairman at the helm.

I can tell you the KXL board under the leadership of Mr. Phelps is active and are working very hard each day. It is clear with the addition of Mr. Barber, the depth of the board has substantially been elevated. To build a strong business you need to be able to execute a mult-strategy approach and to do that you need to have high caliber individuals.

I circle back on the criteria for my investment decison in KXL(not day trading) one of which was Management and Board. I can say that we are fortunate to have the caliber of members of the KXL board. I fully appreciate the capabilities they bring to the 'table'. These are peope who understand that shareholder value creation does not happen overnight but tangible asets are build over the long period. We all want it to happen yesterday but this is the exploration arena.

The strategy and corporate presentation is clear to me and since Brian took over there has been a consistent theme. I like the KXL environment today versus the 'past promoter" . From my personal perspective ( everyone will need to make their own decision)I am comfortable and will continue to Support Mr. Phelps and Brian Maher in their endeavour to achieve and create shareholder value.
