I think the mix of people is perfect, we need some stirring up at times; it's like in the gym with the boys; if you are too sensitive you don't last too long.

Bottom line; as far as I see all contributors to this forum actually add great value and as a forum we should be happy to have them all. I don't remember blatant bashing or pumping by anyone; we all have different perspectives and even those change day by day; and sometimes we all have a bad day and we say something we should probably not have said.
