Thanks B40 for sharing with us. I had written a longer thank you but it just zipped off into the Matrix. It was another day at the butcher shop for us. One of these days its either going to be like the day the butcher shop burnt down. Where everybody grabs their meat and beats it ....or everybody doubles down. Its cheap enough now to double down. Am glad the folks that participated in the earlier PP had a chance to double down. What does that tell us? Are they slow learners like me??

Dont know what to think about more property purchases? IMHO they need to have a winner before they keep buying Blue Sky! We have many , many acres of blue sky all ready. Sorry about these Wed night rants. We stop by the bar on wed after work and we sample all the microbrews.
