Why Mr Harrington?

So, the recent insider selling in January was Mr. Robert Harrington who sold 200,000 shares @ .48!! I would really like to know why? Maybe he has good reasons for this but it certainly doesn't leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling !! Rico
