the conversation of the option's granted is an interesting one. For me, and me only, the way i look at it is like this:

Would i prefer the company hire agressive, well established professionals that demand options at the current selling price, and also demand approx. 1% of the float in options to be apart of our company and leave their current position with another, or choose another company, if not currently employed.

OR

Hire people that just want a salary, without a proven track record, so that KXL can have warm heart beats around to get some work done. With this type of person, no options and delution is necessary.

My choice, is the first one that i go with. the other thing that i have also considered is that if KXL didn't have a potential world class deposit, then they wouldn't need quality people to help prove it up. If it was not potentially world class, than how could Kxl attract such quaality people to come on board. Ego to me, is huge in this business, so my answer is clear to me.

I am kinda hoping in a way, that the share price goes sideway's for alittle, so that i can exit a couple of other play, and load heavier into this one.

Anyway, everyone else also had very valid points, and this is the way that i am looking at this for myself. And of course, i to, wish the option's granted would of been at .65-1.00 but they where not. What i am happy about, is the kind of people KXL has been able to attract.
