Although we all hope for the share price to go up, I think it is a disgrace that the upper management gives themselves more than a million options. Basically what it means is that if the share price goes above $1.50 they make a million, for what? One good hit and they can retire!
I have seen no evidence so far that the management has done such a stellar job to justify giving themselves such a gift!
