Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
A few thoughts, questions.
First, and I have said it before, from what I know of it, someone truly well versed in mining shouldn't be surprised too much by what the 43-101 comes out with IMO. It is made up of the drill results we know and a few that have yet to be released, and if a person knew what they were doing they could come up with their own. Would Sprott and others not employ people to keep tabs on companies like KXL and have an estimate? In this case, "surprising the market" would mean surprising guys like me, but not the bigger investment firms that can move a stock. Set me straight if I am wrong, and I knw there may be discrepancies as to cut offs etc, but they should get close, no? Me, I have no idea, no background in this, but I bet someone who knew their stuff could.
Communication. Couldn't KXL have a quarterly conference call? I think this would be a great way to keep everyone informed. I assume we don't as nobody has ever mentioned it by my memory. I think it would save the execs time from answering the same questions over and over.
Promotion. I have tried asking analysts in BNN opinions on KXL and have never gotten an answer. Anyone else? Mine are usually emails. I think that that is a little bit of promotion we all can do if they would just air our questions! Do KXL execs ever try to get on BNN? I know that they often interview execs of exploration co's on Commodities and other shows. Would be a low cost way of promotion IMO.
Cheers!
